Keeping a Food Diary

Whenever you work with a nutritionist, it is important to keep a food diary for 14-days. I provide you with the templates to support this and we build a picture of your health with the help of the food diary.

Providing some details

Before your consultation, you will be asked to complete a form to provide details about your lifestyle and health concerns. This will be submitted to us ahead of your appointment, so we can prepare and create a profile of you. The form will be issued to you from us.

Face to Face Consultation

Consultations are held in various place across the West London and South Buckinghamshire areas. We can meet at one of the centres I work from in the local areas. During a typical session we will discuss your concerns, I will make notes and recommend a protocol.

Follow-up sessions

In order to monitor and track your progress and to discuss any further concerns, follow-up sessions can take place face-to-face or via Skype. We will discuss any changes that may be required or further additions to your lifestyle.

Talk to you GP

As with any alternative or complimentary treatments, it is important to discuss this with you GP and inform them about you undertaking this service.
